I'd describe my personality as friendly, approachable and fun. I like caring for seniors because they deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. I was my mom's caregiver for 13 years. She had dementia and required total cares the last years of her life. I had help from caregivers on care. com and would like to be able to now help families in need of services. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be able to give the primary caregiver a much needed break and let them be at was knowing that I recently was in a similar situation and will provide great care to their loved one. I started caring for seniors when my mom was diagnosed with dementia in 2011. In my spare time, I like to read, be outdoors, exercise, go to brunch with friends. One thing you should know about me is I am trustworthy and a hard worker. I am friendly, genuine and take pride in the work I do. My skills include compassion, attention to detail-thoroughly completing tasks and patience.
