With 5 years of experience, I have discovered my passion for making a positive impact on young lives. My patient and creative nature allows me to engage children in various activities, including educational games, outdoor play, and arts and crafts. Effective communication is key, so I make sure to regularly update parents about their child's day and address any concerns. I believe in following the parents' lead regarding household rules and routines to ensure consistency for the children. My background includes my college education, and I have completed essential training, including First Aid and CPR.
