I'd describe my personality as nurturing, reliable and compasionate I like working with kids because the joy they bring to everyone around them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to offer the skills I have acquired during my years of experience caring for children as young as 2 months old well into their early teens. I started working with kids about 20 years ago. In my spare time, I like to bake, walk, play with my dog and spend time in nature. One thing you should know about me is I am very reliable, affectionate and respectful. My skills include open, effective and timely communication with children and their parents. Creating daily routines according to parents preferences, children interest and needs including different kinds of playtime and activities. Making sure children have a clear understanding of parents rules, are safe at all times and feel loved and comfortable communicating their needs, fears or frustrations.
