About Adriana

Hi, my name is Adriana. I am a knowledgeable childcare provider with 20 years experience, also with experience as a special needs caregiver. I find childcare to be a very rewarding career and love every moment of it. I love to read stories and have play time. I also love teaching, tutoring and helping with homework. I strive to be a reliable, honest, and trustworthy individual, with the ability to plan, organize, and multitask. Major Duties Willing to Perform: *Assess children's knowledge and skills to determine their strengths and needs. *Adapt and collaborate with parents to adapt lessons to meet the needs of special education children. *Develop transition plans to help children transition to new homes, new schools or even new care providers. *Ensure that children are receiving the services outlined in their IEPs. *Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children. *Supervise the children's activities at all times. *Plan and prepare meals.
