About Adriana

I have been caring for children since high school. At grade 12 I became a teacher assistant at Pre-Kinder and throughout college I was a nanny. Besides babysitting during college, I interned at a company called Fit Learning that specializes in teaching/tutoring children with learning differences. Besides my background as a nanny/tutor, I am a certified yoga teacher for children. I am loving, patient, and gentle. I believe that children should be treated with loving kindness at all times and have a tendency to lean towards gentle parenting and a more Montessori-like teaching style with a lot of independent and hands-on play. I do light housework such as dishes, laundry, and taking the pets out. I believe it's part as my job as a caregiver to help the parents with the kids, and that includes feeding and cleaning after them. After all, I just want to make your life easier - not harder when you come home after work to dirty clothes/dishes.
