I like working with kids because I find joy in nurturing and guiding young minds, others appreciate the creativity and innocence that children bring to interactions. It can also be rewarding to witness their growth and development, and to make a positive impact on their lives. I am looking for a job that I can grow as a person and help the children grow as well. I started working with kids when I was 18. I worked at a day care for about four months. I quit working there due to me being in school full time and the hours were not working for me. I have been a substitute for lake county school since October of 2023. In my spare time I like to fish, spend time with my family and my dog. One thing families should know about me is that I am a very committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for their child. My top three child care skills are patience, communication, and flexibility.
