Adreanna cleans, cooks, organizes drawers, pantry, closets, cabinets, and does many other projects I need help with. These projects include organizing my garage and three storage sheds, which include tools, cleaning supplies, craft supplies, vintage glassware, dishes, figurines, holiday decorations, office supplies, and miscellaneous things. She takes her time to carefully pack and organize everything. She helps me sort things for donation and storage. She’s been helping me downsize for several years and I’ve seen a great improvement in my home because of her work. I have three storage sheds in my backyard: 12’x15‘, 8‘x10‘, and 6’x7‘. Adreanna has completely emptied each shed, reorganized all items in the sheds, gone through each plastic storage crate, combined all the contents in each crate, and created extra space and extra empty crates. She did this on her own without being asked to do so. I give Adreanna a list each time she comes to work; I know things will be done correctly and in a timely manner. She follows directions as instructed and rarely comes back for clarification. However, if clarification is needed, she will speak up. There have been times when the job requires a second person, and she is in charge of supervising that person. She encourages those who work with her to keep busy and complete projects in a timely manner. I am certain that Adreanna McAllister will be an excellent employee in any position for which she applies. The person hiring her will greatly benefit from her skills, personality, and drive to be the best she can be, and her encouragement to those around her to be the same.
