I had started working in senior caregiving to follow after my grandmothers footsteps after she had pass and I never expected to fall in love with this line of work as much as I had and even with the hardships that come with it I still see this career as a place I feel I was ment to be. I believe being a caregiver for seniors is an honor to partake in because with everything life entails I believe we all need someone who can show you it will be okay, that's why working this field I take every measure to provide positive and memorable care from basic ADLs from dressing to continent care, from feeding to companionship. Even though I primarily work assisted living I have reached out to learn to provide care for both memory care and respite care.
