Hi my name is Adla, I'm 31 years old. I have over 10 years of experience watching children from newborns to teenagers. Although I must admit newborns through young children are my favorite. I can do anything from changing a diaper to helping with homework. I started this path by watching my younger cousins, which led to babysitting at my local gym and then finding my first nanny family. I am bubbly, energetic, and love mixing learning with having fun. Whether it's indoor or outdoor I am on top of making sure the kids are never bored. I am comfortable with all things child care related such as children's laundry, picking up playroom and bedroom, switching out children's bedsheets, children meal prepping. I'm also comfortable with some light house keeping such as loading and unloading dishwasher, emptying out the trash.

Adla is absolutely fantastic! She has been with our family for the past year. She is patient, kind, flexible, creative and full of energy. Both kids warmed up to her instantly. She is so adaptable to whatever kids need, from helping manage big feelings, reinforcing speech goals/techniques, helping with nap transitions, and just giving a little extra attention when needed. I would give her six stars if I could! Any family would be lucky to have her as their caregiver.
