I have experience tutoring in secondary education and am currently employed by Littera Tutoring Services which partners with schools and works with kids all over the United States. I can create my own curriculum or use any resources the parents or guardians prefer. I find the best way to tutor is to build rapport with the student. When lessons are fun or relatable, the student is more likely to make the necessary connections to retain the information. As I college student, I still use this method. Additionally, when the student and I have a mutual respect, I find they are more perceptive to my feedback or lesson.
