I have a brother with Down syndrome and have been involved with activities and groups my whole life. Formerly, as an assistant teacher at an early childhood center, I have provided assistance with psychological services and lesson plans involving children with special needs. I am currently an active member of the Down Syndrome Foundation of Florida which provides many beneficial services and programs for those with unique abilities. I love getting to know the members and being part of an inclusive and supportive community :)
