Adena has been a lifesaver in helping my elderly mom with dementia transition from Las Cruces to assisted living in Ohio where I live. We couldn't pull this off without her. She has done everything from accompanying my mother, who started hoarding food unknowingly, to the grocery store only as needed, to keeping her on track packing for the big move. Adena is very trustworthy with my mom's money, important documents, possessions, etc. She is patient, calming, knows when my mom is overwhelmed, and she's always conscientious about safety. She's tech savvy, efficient, organized, and quite knowledgeable about dementia and its behaviors. I appreciate her willingness to do things like help my mom make "real" food for dinners, shipping artwork, and not making my mom feel like she's a child or crazy. My mom speaks very highly of her even though she can't always remember her name! I'm sure Adena has done a ton of stuff that from Ohio I'm not even aware of.
