About Ademola

Being a caregiver is the most important part of my life. During the cause of my career I am able to be more compassionate and tune in to other people's distress and alleviate it. I am flexible, initiative and I am able to perform a variety of physical tasks. I understand the importance of great communication I also learnt how to observe my client because sometimes they may not be able to articulate what is going on with their health. I tried to interact with my client to help take away some feelings of loneliness I also manage my time wisely in order to get things done in a shift. I always make sure everything is well organized in case of an emergency because every second count I want to be able to lay my hands on exactly what I need. I perform light housekeeping duties cleaning and meal preparation, assist clients with bathing, clothing and feeding, follow care plan, home regulations and safety practices always come first.
