I am a first time grandmother who moved from Springfield, MO, to Overland Park when my daughter and SIL announced they were pregnant! My grandson was born October 2021 and I became his granny-nanny March 2022. My daughter is now planning to stay at home mom until 2025 and will no longer need my care. After my son was born in 1996, I opened my own home based daycare business in 1998 until 2006, as I myself was having difficulty finding quality daycare. In 2006 we moved to Springfield and I returned to the corporate office. In 2019 until 2020 I assisted with childcare at church on Sundays. I have an immense love of children and my desire is to continue to care for them rather than return to the corporate world. I prefer to work with babies, pre-school, and elementary aged children.
