Hello! My name is Adèle but I just go by El. I'm currently a first-year student at UCSD studying Biology. I've ridden horses since I was a child and started working at the barn I rode at about 5 years ago, mostly a lot of volunteer work. I also helped supervise children around the horses at the barn. I have volunteered at animal shelters since I was a child and recently did a veterinary internship! I have always loved animals and grew up having cats. Currently, I have two cats back at home, Salem and Trinket. They are my pride and joy! I like working with animals because I had a bit of a harder time connecting to other people when I was younger, so animals were always there for me and I found (and still find) peace in taking care of them.
