Hi, I am Addison. I recently left my job as a RBT (registered behavioral technician) to pursue other opportunities available to me. I worked with children who have autism, and taught them essential daily life skills. I also have previous experience as a DSP (direct support professional). I worked in a group home providing services to a variety of disabilities. I am looking forward to getting to know you, and your families! :) I'd describe my personality as Outgoing, Empathetic, and Patient. I started caring for people with special needs a few months after turning 18. Being young, and at the time, new in the field, there was a lot of learning, and challenges. Yet, I have found this to be the most rewarding experience seeing the progress my clients have made. My skills include adaptability, communication skills, and reliability.
