About Adar

My name is Adar Seligman-McComas, and I am a 31-year-old female living in the East Bay. I have 12+ years of experience working with older adults, and feel that it is the most purposeful work one can do! I offer a wide variety of services such as transportation support, meal preparation, cleaning, handling errands, pet care, organization/laundry, and of course, companionship care. I love to connect with my clients, share stories, laugh, discuss ideas, go on joyful jaunts, and work on creative projects together. I am compassionate, present, intuitive, adaptable, and communicative, and bring a great deal of levity, engagement, and warmth to the table. When I'm not caring for older adults, I spend my time teaching voice lessons to people of all ages, composing music, singing, writing, reading, and exploring the great outdoors!
