About Adara

I started working with kids when I was around 12, helping out my next door neighbor with her two children. That entailed helping around the house playing and entraining the kids during working hours, helping on errand runs, and babysitting! I also worked that science camp (a sleep away camp in Santa Cruz county) as a cabin leader, I looked after 12-13 girl in 5th and 6th grade on my own when I was 15 and again at 16. Following that I nannied for two kids a 5-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy. I worked with them 2-3 days a week for a few months until Covid. Since then I've periodically babysat for neighbors and family friends, I'm looking to get back into babysitting/nannying/and child care on a regular basis again and hopefully being able to full time eventually :) One thing you should know about me is I currently work as a barista and a full time student (I'm getting my BS in Counseling and Applied Psychology) eventually I'd like babysitting/nannying to be my primary employment.
