About Acacia

Hello! My name is Acacia, and I'm currently seeking a part-time nanny position in the Houston area, specifically for weekday afternoons. With over 10 years of experience working with children in various settings-including child development centers, schools, and private nannying-I have a deep passion for fostering children's growth and learning. Before transitioning to nannying and pursuing graduate school, I served as an assistant guide at the Austin Montessori School, working with children ages 3-6 in the Children's House Community for four years. I hold a strong appreciation for Maria Montessori's child-centered approach to education. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Outside of work, I enjoy running with my dogs and relaxing with a good book. I'm excited to connect with my next family and contribute to their child's growth and well-being!
