About Abril

Hello! I have 6 years of experience and I work daily with children from 3 months old up to 11 years old and at the moment I am the lead teacher in our K-5 after school room. I'm a full-time college student! I received all of my certifications and credentials before graduating high school in 2022. I have my 45 hours of training from the Department of Children and Families and in April of 2022 I earned my Child Development Associate and I renewed my CPR and First Aid certification in Nov of 2023. I love children and being able to help them grow! I love reading books to kids and active play, going to parks and taking walks. My hope is to find families to regularly babysit for on weekends and late week nights (after 7pm). I have no problem doing errands and driving to children's weekend activities, and i'm comfortable with pets!
