My little cousin had leukemia and autism so it was very hard. But I watched over him for around 5 hours a day while his foster mom (my aunt) would do work in her office. I made sure to just keep him occupied and did what he wanted. I always wanted to keep his mind stimulated but his body calm. Therefore I would only do things he felt like doing and would re-direct him when he started doing things he wasn't suppose to do. He sadly passed away but his favorite thing to do was be superman.
