We recently had the pleasure of having Abrianna as our nanny for our son, and we would like to share our experience. Positive Aspects: - From the very beginning, Abrianna demonstrated a genuine affection for our son. She was incredibly attentive, engaged with him in fun and some activities taking him outside for walks etc. It was clear that she cared for his well-being. - In addition to her childcare responsibilities, Abrianna also helped around the house with small tasks, which we greatly appreciated. Her willingness to contribute in this way made our busy lives a little easier. Areas for Improvement: - Difficulty with Constructive Criticism: On one occasion, Abrianna had trouble accepting constructive criticism. Rather than using the feedback as an opportunity for growth, she chose to step away from her role. - Resignation Without Notice: Abrianna's decision to resign without any notice was unprofessional, as it left us in a difficult position to find a replacement on short notice. This emotional reaction by her made it challenging for us to adjust our schedules and ensure continuity of care for our son. So just be ware that is a possibility if you hire her. - Punctuality Issues: There were multiple instances where Abrianna was late due to traffic. While we understand that traffic can be unpredictable, she struggled to adjust her schedule to leave earlier and arrive on time. Despite these challenges, we believe that Abrianna has the potential to be a wonderful caregiver with the right support and guidance. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
