I'd describe my personality as engaging, compassionate, and motivated! My skills include patience, flexibility, and creativity; which I feel are vital to ensuring a happy environment in childcare. I'm looking for a job that is a great fit for everyone involved. Both you and your child/children deserve someone who actively communicates. I love troubleshooting and working with both parent and child to ensure everyone is comfortable. A little about my childcare history: I started working with kids when I was a young teenager. I helped parents around the neighborhood with date nights and other occasional babysitting needs. Starting at 18 I worked more regularly for a family, seeing them multiple times a week to care for their children. I look forward to connecting with you!
