About Abigail

Hello! My name is Abby and I am a compassionate, creative, and energetic woman with a heart for children looking to be with a family long term. I find deep joy in nurturing little ones and cherish having a positive impact. I am clinically trained in emotional and social coaching for children with neurological differences and comfortable working with neurodivergent kiddos. I prioritize establishing a stable relationship with the children I care for, implementing and maintaining logical consequences, firm boundaries in kindness, and high expectations with grace. I love to take little ones under my care to gardens, parks, libraries, music classes, and of course more parks. I am looking to receive clear expectations of my role and maintain open communication with my employer. I love a good list and thrive under structure. However, I do enjoy having the freedom to be flexible, creative, and spontaneous in my day to day activities. I can't wait to connect with you!
