About Abigail

Babysitting and childcare has been a major part of my life since middle school. My first real job was in the childcare ministry at my church and as a birthday party hostess at our indoor playground. Later in high school I consistently worked for many different families who would call me for date nights and special event sitting. Further into college I continued to babysit for families and gained expereince in both children's and youth ministry at my church. After I graduated college, I nannied for a family in Washington, DC and helped their oldest daughter navigate online kindergarten during the pandemic. Now, I am married and have an 8-month-old daughter of my own. I originally moved to Lousiville in January of 2021. I have a degree in music and love looking for ways to incorporate song into my family's life. My hope is to be a SAHM, so I am looking for a family who is seeking part-time childcare during the work week who would be willing to bring their children to my home.
