About Abigail

Hello Everyone!! My name is Abby and I'm a fourth year Liberal Studies major at Cal Poly. I am looking forward to becoming a teacher, and am saving up for my credential program and other fun exciting opportunities for postgrad ! Getting to be your helping hand and create awesome bonds with your kiddos is a big reason I love this job. I have taught swim to children of all ages, and have worked with children throughout my years at poly as a part of my major. Two families have worked with me consistently, with both kiddos around 2 years. One of the two, I've watched since she was 6 months! Getting to watch them grow, and seeing their wonderful personalities come out is my favorite part of the job! I love to not just watch and keep them safe, but to play and genuinely have fun with them! I am a big bubbly and compassionate personality, still having the ability to enforce the rules in a positive way! I hope you'll get to know me!
