My passion for childcare stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively shaping young minds. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect effortlessly with children, creating a safe and engaging environment for them to thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates about their child's day and any matters that arise. I firmly believe in aligning my approach with the parents' preferred communication method, fostering trust and transparency in our relationship. When it comes to household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. Currently, I work with intellectually disabled adults full time through a day habilitation program. Previously, I worked as a nanny with a family for 3 years.
