About Abigail

I am a retired social worker who has been a companion to two clients in the last four years. I provided companionship, exercise, and emotional support. I am hoping to find a part time position as a companion to a senior who is seeking the above services. I am a very active senior and have a certificate in senor fitness. I was a social worker for over 30 years and have worked as a geriatric social worker. I enjoy exercise, baking, gardening, and reading. I am also available for childcare. I have a Masters in Early Childhood Education and worked in that field for 10 years. I have three grandchildren ages 10, 13 and 16. I would love to find an after-school care position for children ages 5-12. I can help with homework, light housekeeping and transportation. I really enjoy spending time with kids and adapting to their unique learning styles.
