About Abigail

Hi! My name is Abi, and I am available as a private tutor, a nanny, or pet sitter. I come with 3+ years of experience as a student mentor, 4+ years as an overnight camp counselor, and 7+ years of babysitting/nannying experience. This fall, I am starting a Master's in Education and Human Development, and so I have transitioned out of my previous corporate role as a recruiter to focus on school. Outside of school/work, I love crafting and doing anything outside (hiking, biking, skiing, etc.). It is my belief that every kid has the potential to learn anything they set their mind to, and it is our job as educators to find the best learning solutions for each individual. I have a special soft spot for students whose learning is impacted by attention disorders such as ADHD. Whether its tutoring, intentional babysitting, or even misc. tasks, I'd love to chat if you think this would be a good fit!
