About Abigail

Hi! I'm Abby, I'm a child psychology major at UA. I love kids and am passionate about helping children grow and develop. My whole summer has been filled with childcare and I hope to continue that endeavor! I was a part time nanny for two children, a 4-year-old and a 6-month-old. I helped with laundry, cooking (I love cooking!), bath time, bedtime, bottle-feeding, swimming supervision, carpool, and of course just keeping the children safe and entertained! Alongside nannying, I was also a camp counselor part time and cared for children 4-11 at a hotel for five hours a day. I learned a variety of super fun activities for children that I can't wait to share! I'm known for my patient, friendly, and creative personality. When it comes to communicating with parents, I follow their preferred method of communication, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. I prefer caring for up to three children, ages 0 to 11, with pets not being an issue.
