About Abigail

Hi there! I spent two years in Germany from 2017 until 2019 as an au pair for a family of 10 children. For the first year I took care of a 2-year-old all day as well as a four, six, and 8-year-old when they got came home from school( the other kids were old enough to not need my supervision or care as much). The second year the youngest started kindergarten so I was in charge of getting the younger ones ready for school and took care of them from when they returned until I put them to bed. From March 2019 until September 2019, I worked with another family with two young boys, ages 5 and 6, until the youngest started school and then moved on to working as a lead teacher in a preschool. I was in charge of a class of 10, one to 2-year-olds, from August 2020 until May 2021. My duties also included working with all other ages of children as class sizes dwindled and kids went home. I recently moved to San Diego and am looking for another wonderful family to collaborate with.
