About Abigail

Hi there, my name is Abigail and I'm an energetic and creative 22-year-old! I used to to work in schools with grades pre-k - 6th grade. My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. I'm looking for a full time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $25/hour for one child. Growing up, I have worked for families with kids of all ages. I have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development while working in the school scene. In my personal time I love to read, play board games, travel, and spend time with family.
