About Abigail

In my personal life, I am a known animal lover. I am always the person called to pet sit or house watch or go walk the dogs in a pinch. I am trustworthy and nurturing. I have fostered animals several times in my life. Most recently a husky who required quite long walks and adventures to keep her stimulated. The breeds I have primarily cared for are German Shorthaired Pointers, German Shepherd's and Huskies. Not because of any preference, but just coincidence I guess. I am respectful of an animals needs and worked with all kinds of them. My cat, who unfortunately has passed away, had cancer later in her life and required medication injected into her mouth twice a day. I have had rescues with dog aggression, aggression towards children and small animals. I have fostered and owned dogs with separation anxiety. I am happy to work with pets who may need extra care. If you need someone who understands the importance of these things- I most certainly do.
