About Abigail

Hello! My name is Abby, I am 20 years old and perusing a degree in psychology at UNG! I plan on becoming a therapist. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, empathetic, and reliable. I have 1 year of paid childcare experience with two kids ages 7 and 10 but years of unpaid experience babysitting neighbors/family! My mother is a special ed teacher for children with autism and mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. I spent a lot of time in her classroom observing and helping over the years. I am inspired by her love and devotion for her students and strive to be just as patient and kind as she is. I have strong organizational skills and i'm great at anticipating the needs of both children and their parents. I am creative, adaptable, and hardworking which allows me to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to thrive in. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, music, cooking, and outdoor activities! I have a flexible schedule and look forward to meeting you!
