About Abigail

Hello parents! My name is Abigail, I'm originally from Darien and currently a freshman at American University, where I'm studying elementary education. I'll be home for the summer starting May 8th and am excited to find a wonderful family to work with! I have 8+ years of experience in childcare with kids age ranging from 2months-13 years, my own car and a clean driving record, and I'm comfortable with pets as well as preparing meals and snacks. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I love coming up with creative and engaging activities for kids, think arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and educational games. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time with friends, reading, and working on my latest craft (I just started needlepointing!).
