About Abigail
Experience: 6 yrs
Having a father with a disability taught me responsibility at a young age as I had to start taking care of him at 6 years old. It's no wonder that caretaking became second nature to me. This experience, along with my extensive experience in childcare, dementia care, and my time in therapy healing my inner child has led me to pursue a major in psychology because I'm a strong advocate for mental health. I believe every child deserves to feel loved, special, and important. I provide a safe space for children and offer support to their parents as well. We all have a part to play in raising children, and I would love to contribute my share because it truly takes a village!

Abby did great with my neurodivergent daughter. She was laid back and very engaged. She jumped right in to pretend play and was quick to pick up on my daughter's level of engagement. She helped her practice taking turns and asking for what she wanted while still listening to her and helping guide her when needed. We plan on continuing to work with Abby on a longterm basis. Oh, also she was great with our cats.
