About Abigail

Hello! My name is Abby and I've been working (professionally) in child care for 9 years. I have multiple years of training through IdahoStars, and I am certified through the CPI Reframing Behavior program. I am also a trained STEM supervisor through ION, and I have a current enhanced bc through the Dept. of Health and Welfare. I have a current infant/child/adult CPR/First aid certification, and I have experience as a certified nursing assistant. Children need caregivers with an understanding of what's going on in those magical little noggins. I make a point to model positive behavior for the children in my care, and see all behaviors as an expression of a need - both good and not-so-good ones. My hope is that each day spent with your child continues to fill their tool box with strategies and mechanisms to handle whatever comes their way, so that they may be able to practice self-regulation and meet more needs on their own! I am available on weekends and 6:30pm-6:00 a.m. M-F.
