We used this nanny multiple times. At first, everything seemed fine other than occasional tardiness. However, concerns grew with each visit. During one stay, our daughter, who is normally very vocal about needing the restroom, had an accident and told us she wasn’t taken when she asked. At the time, we weren’t sure what to think, but it raised some concerns. Later, after replacing the batteries in our camera, we witnessed more serious issues. Our toddler and preschooler were allowed to climb and stay on top of our kitchen island (about 3 feet high) for at least 30 minutes without her noticing. Our toddler almost fell twice, and when the nanny finally noticed, she only told them to "climb down" without taking immediate action to help. Our son also broke a glass vase he was playing with while on the counter, further highlighting the lack of supervision. We feel this showed clear negligence and a troubling lack of urgency when safety was at risk. While there were no issues with kindness, the safety concerns prevent us from recommending her for young children who require closer supervision.
