As an adaptive teacher for multiple grade levels, previous childcare provider, and mother of six, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My previous roles have advanced my ability to care for children of various ages. I believe in fostering a positive and nurturing environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore their full potential. Patience, creativity, and an encouraging demeanor are my key strengths. I take pride in clear and open communication with parents: ensuring they are well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that may arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules: prioritizing a consistent and respectful approach. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a variety of activities, from energetic outdoor games to engaging board games and educational pursuits that stimulate young minds. With a college degree, experience as an adaptive teacher, and first-aid training, I am here to extend my best!
