About Abby

Hello! My name is Abby! I'm a LPN and mother of 2! I am currently about to go back to school for my bachelors in early childhood education. I'm looking to leave the nursing field To branch out into other ways to help others. A little bit of my background, I have been working with children since I was 18 years old! My first job out of high school was working with children with special needs in their private home. From there I worked in group homes with children and eventually found myself working at Nationwide Children's Hospital in the pulmonary intensive care unit. After I graduated nursing school I began my work in a family practice where I help families daily! I have wanted to work with children as far back as I can remember. I went with nursing as I saw this as a way I could make an impact on someone. I'm spreading my wings and moving to a different field all together and finally diving into helping children grow!
