About Abby

After graduating early with both my bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas A&M University, I began my teaching career as an elementary school teacher. With roughly 9 years of paid experience as a child caregiver (with 5 of those years working as a classroom teacher) I have gained a plethora of experience working with children of all ages with a range of needs. As a caregiver, I would describe myself as fun, hands-on, compassionate, engaging, and highly organized. My experience in the classroom has helped me foster the ability to engage and connect with children, and I am currently designated as a TIA Master teacher in the state of Texas by the Texas Education Agency.
