I'd describe my personality as silly, honest, and cheerful I like working with kids because I love watching each small step in growth and development I also love building a strong bond and being able to have fun with the kids I work with. I'm looking for a job that is long term and preferably 30-40 hours a week. Where I can develop a rapport with the family I started working with kids when I was 12 years old babysitting, I then helped my mom with her daycare and babysitting for parents while having other jobs, then started working at daycare centers, worked at children's group home, and finally working in a children's autism clinic In my spare time, I like to go camping, fishing, spend time with my younger siblings(15, 6,&8), spending time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I'm in the process of going back to school I'll be attending online to get my paralegal degree:) My skills include active listening, conflict resolution, and patience
