Hi! My name is Abby, I am 20 years old and my experience caring for children began a little over 5 years ago when my niece was born. I've babysat and cared for her for her entire life, along with my special-needs nephew, who is 4. Through my niece and nephew, I discovered my passion for children and for teaching. I am currently going to college part-time to pursue a career working with the little ones. I have over a years experience as a part-time teacher at a preschool ministry. My classroom was the 2-year-old classroom, however I worked with ages 0-6 frequently and I care for children ages 2-12+ through my family and various babysitting jobs. I am currently working full-time (this will be changing soon) as a nanny for a special needs boy with MR (mental age of 7) and Epilepsy. My duties include medicine administration, meal prep/cooking, daily homework, bath-time, entertaining (puzzles, coloring, dance parties etc) errand running and more.
