About Abbey

Hi there! I'm Abbey, a passionate and seasoned childcare provider with experience caring for children as young as 8 weeks old and above. With 5 years of experience in a variety of roles - babysitting, coaching gymnastics, working as a camp counselor, to name a few - I've had the joy of supporting kids of all ages as they learn and grow, and I've also completed child development coursework. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and fun(!) environment where kids feel comfortable and engaged. My friends would describe me as super friendly, enthusiastic, genuine, and gentle; these traits have always helped me to connect easily with children, and I always strive to meet the kids in my care where they are. I'm also happy to help with housekeeping, cooking (I love to cook!), homework help (4 yrs tutoring exper.), and pet care. I'm First Aid and CPR certified, and I speak both English and German.
