Hi, my name is Abbey and I have lived in the Rockdale/Caldwell area for a little over four years now. I work at home full-time and looking for some part-time babysitting to pay off my student loans early! I've been caring for kids since I was 12 working at my church nursery, volunteering for VBS, babysitting through high school and college, as well as working for two child care facilities. I spend a ton of time with my five nieces and one nephew with ages ranging 11 months to 7 years old. I previously worked in a school in Oklahoma before my move to Austin working with 3rd-12th graders teaching fitness, nutrition, and mental health , I can say I have lots of experience working with kids of all ages! I graduated from SHSU in December 2016 double majoring in Public Health and Healthcare Administration. In my free time, I love to be outdoors on our 40 acre ranch with our three dogs, goats & two cats. Also love cooking, reading, reality tv binges, online shopping, or drinking coffee.

Abbey has been babysitting for us for the past few months, and she's been fantastic. We have a bad habit of getting home later than expected and she's always been understanding when that happens (our sense of punctuality is lacking...we're working on it). Our oldest son gets really excited when he knows she'll be coming over, and so far she's the only non-family sitter we've had put our youngest through the bedtime routine (and she did a great job of it). Definitely recommended!
