Aaron has been an exceptional caregiver for my twins over the past 13 months. During this time, he has demonstrated remarkable dedication, skill, and compassion in caring for my children, who are now two and a half years old. Aaron has been instrumental in supporting my twins, who were born prematurely, with their Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention, and Speech development. His ability to follow through with the therapeutic exercises and activities prescribed by their therapists has greatly contributed to their progress. Aaron's patience, understanding, and proactive approach have made a significant impact on my children’s development and well-being. While I work from home, Aaron has taken full responsibility for the twins during the day, allowing me to focus on my work without any concerns. He has also been reliable and trustworthy during my business trips and work events, ensuring my children were well-cared for in my absence. Aaron's attentiveness and nurturing nature have provided a safe and loving environment for my children. Aaron's responsibilities included feeding, changing, engaging in educational play, and ensuring the twins' safety. He also organized activities that promoted their physical, cognitive, and social development. As my twins are now starting preschool, our need for a full-time nanny is coming to an end. While we are excited for this new chapter, we are sad to see Aaron go. His positive influence and contributions to our family have been invaluable, and he will be greatly missed. His positive impact on my children will always be remembered.
