Aaron was our middle school boys basketball coach last year. He did a great job with our kids, was able to push them without yelling at them, very positive influence on our young men. I was also very pleased by how he managed games. In our district last year, there were several teams that were at a skill level quite a bit below ours, and he did a great job of coaching those mismatched games so that we didn't embarrass our opponents. That was not something I had to instruct Aaron to do. He really seemed to enjoy his time with our MS kids.
