About Aarika

I have worked as a caregiver/CNA for 6 years. I've worked with seniors, cancer patients, children and quadriplegics. Throughout the 6 years I worked in hospice, in home services (IHSS), and had the honor of being a CNA working with cancer patients. I'm a hard worker, and have always had a passion to help people who are in the need of care. My passion comes from the dream of one day becoming a missionary, where I can then help those in need not only in my community, but in other countries as well. I believe not only in caring for people physically, but also emotionally as well.

Aarika does not have hands on experience like she claims to have. I gave Aarika many chances and did not put anything from her end to learn. Aarika couldn't handle my husband who's bed bound at all. Always asked me for help and I'm 79 years old. Aarika ruined 2 of my husbands memory foam toppers by not placing brief on right with the Chux. You would think that having a Chux as an extra layer of protection will prevent an accident.Briefs are the best ones out in the market that hold 2lbs of urine. Last day of work Aarika did not only ruined the mattress but when she tried to change bed sheets she couldn't even do that. Aarika left a huge mess in my washing machine washed dirty linen with brief and Chux. She was in a rush to leave as always that didn't notice brief and Chux are disposable to be thrown away. Would never greet my husband or ask him if it was okay to take vital signs or do perineal care. Really bad manners. Not a real caring caregiver!
