I have house sat for families while they are out of town. Did some cleaning up, and watched pets. I do work during the day 730 a.m. to 4 p.m. I would stop by in the mornings or stay if they are more comfortable with someone being in the house. If pets are involved I would stop by right after work as well. Turn the lights on, feed the pets, let the pets out for the restroom, clean up a bit if needed.
