We interviewed Aaliyah for a part time nanny role for our 4 month old son, for which she applied for. She came for a trial day (upon her request), and seemed to do okay with our son, although was pretty quiet and reserved with him. She then asked to do another trial day, even though she had already expressed interest in working with us, but then no showed on trial day #2. That shows extreme lack of reliability and professionalism, considering she couldn't even contact us to let us know she wasn't coming. Also should note that it took her about 24 hours to respond to any text I sent her. I would NOT recommend.
